About the project
As a year group, we were asked to find the main pain points for prospective students looking at the current NCAD website. We then split into pairs, each taking a flow to redesign.
The flow my partner and I took on was the search for a course. Our flow went from the general courses page, to courses within individual schools within NCAD, to specific course pages, making sure to give the information those we interviewed felt was missing from the current site.
